Julien Guillou
Founder & Managing Partner
Julien Guillou has spent his career building and advising businesses across Europe and the Gulf — combining financial and analytical training with direct operational experience in large-scale infrastructure and independent business leadership.
Prior to founding Sahra Partners, he led operations within two of Europe's largest civil engineering groups, then founded and scaled an engineering services firm serving major infrastructure operators across France, before relocating to Dubai.
Sahra Partners was founded on a simple conviction: that founders and business leaders deserve advisory that is senior, direct, and genuinely useful — not process-heavy or detached from commercial reality.
